What can you expect from the workshop?
Working with clay:
You will learn the basic hand-building techniques and create your own unique ceramic piece. Most often, participants make small vases or bowls, but you are free to let your creativity guide you.
Personal approach:
The workshop is adapted to your experience level and is suitable for both beginners and more advanced participants.
Relax & slow down:
Working with clay is a wonderful way to escape the everyday rush, quiet your mind and recharge with positive energy.
Your pieces won't go home with you on the day of the workshop :)
Clay needs time. Your pieces will slowly dry over the following 4–6 weeks. Once completely dry, I will clean, fire and glaze them on the inside with a transparent glaze, followed by a second firing. Your finished pieces will be ready for personal collection approximately 5–6 weeks after the workshop.
Children
Children aged 10 and over are welcome to join the workshop, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The price for a child is 40 Eur, payable by card at the atelier on the day of the workshop. Please mention in the booking notes that you will be attending with a child.

You will eventually take home a handmade ceramic piece created by you – whether it is a bowl, vase or decorative object. Please note that it will not be ready immediately after the workshop, as it still needs to go through drying, firing, glazing and a second firing.

The workshops take place in the warm and intimate environment of Muoi Atelier.

Booking:
Places are limited, so advance booking is required.
Parking:
Parking is available directly in the Vydrica underground garage.
Additional information
Cracks and damage:
Please note that cracks or damage may occur during the firing process, for example due to air bubbles trapped in the clay or uneven surfaces. Pieces affected by glazing issues, cracks or other firing-related damage cannot be claimed, refunded or replaced.
Collection:
Your finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately 6 weeks after the workshop. I will contact you as soon as they are ready – thank you for your patience!
Uncollected pieces:
If you do not collect your pieces within one month of the announced collection date, we reserve the right to dispose of them at our discretion.
